Amber is one of my first best friends to get married, and she’s the first person to ask me to be one of her bridesmaids for her & Tyler’s big day! I guess this is the beginning of a long time-period of friend weddings.
Over the weekend, the prettiest, sweetest cheerleader couple got married at Annie Lane in Ohio. Amber and Tyler both worked UCA Staff and cheered at Morehead State University (as well as KU/Marshall). Their wedding was ADORABLE and very efficient!
We started the weekend off with casual bachelor/bachelorette parties in Ohio/West Virginia. Amber knew she had guests flying in (aka me) and made it affordable for everyone coming in to celebrate by combining the trips.
The gifts exchanged throughout the weekend were thoughtful and creative. Amber gave us robes to get ready in, perfume, bath bombs, and arranged housing/food/drinks for the weekend. We made her a scrapbook– each of us did a couple of pages and she was in TEARS by the time she got to Tyler’s page at the end!!
This wedding was a lot of fun, partly because there were a whole lot of surprise ices….
A couple stunts/pyramids….
And lots of fun memories made on the dance floor!!!
We all had a fun time celebrating the newlyweds, and I’m sure they’re having a blast already at their honeymoon in Punta Cana. There will be more pictures to come, of course… they had the best photographer (and newlywed) in the world at their wedding, @annaricheyphoto. For now, though, I am heading home with iPhone memories and appreciating my invitation to be part of this special day.
P.S. I have to show a little extra love for my partner down the aisle, Dustin, and his beautiful fiancé, Shannon, who was an over-achiever in each of her roles as a Maid of Honor. They’re next up and we’re all so excited!
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Terron, you guys are #terronupmyheart every day!!! Love you!
